Together these conditions are conspiring to create delays for us as the city starters prioritize full paying adults and NIKE camps over local kids using 30 day golf passes. If we get word from the city starter that we’ll have a significant delay in getting on the course, our plan is to shuttle kids to the driving range to practice their skills until the course is ready for us. If a delay occurs pick-up times will likely be pushed out to 7 PM.
If delays in teeing-off become a regular occurrence we will probably need to split our juniors into early and late groups. Early check-in will likely be a group of 4 students at 3:45; and a late group of 4 to 8 students at 5:15 or so. More information regarding this proposed change to come as we see the impact of the NIKE camps during the coming weeks.

RESERVE YOUR SPOTS EARLY
In order to maximize participation in our group events, we offer open spots in upcoming weekend skills clinics and weekday playing lessons to guests every Friday afternoon. Please take advantage of your ability to sign-up for junior group events well in advance using your smarterlessons.com account. (Saturday clinics and Wednesday playing lessons are especially getting tight right now.)
We publish the current and following month’s events on smarterlessons so you have plenty of opportunity to reserve your spots on your favorite days. If you need help using your smarterlessons account, just sent a reply and I’ll instruct the system to send you your child’s login name and password. The rest is a pretty straightforward step-by-step procedure to reserve a spot in a group event. If you have more than one child in the program, remember to book the 1st child into the events that you want, log out of that account and log back in with the next child’s account to reserve his/her spot in the same events.
JUNE GROUP CLINIC CANCELLATIONS
There are no anticipated interruptions in the regularly scheduled junior group events in June.
WEEKDAY PLAYING LESSONS
DROP-OFF: 4:30 to 5:00 PM - An event coordinator will be available at 4:30 PM to begin pairing up arriving participants into groups of four. Groupings will continue to be made until 5:00 PM. Each pairing will be accompanied by an instructor for 90 minutes of instruction, or approximately 3 to 5 holes of play.
PICK-UP: 6:30 to 6:45 PM - After 90 minutes of golf, instructors will escort all participants back to the putting greens next to the golf shop for pick-up.
Please note:
Participants may continue to play the golf course without an instructor only:
(1) if joined by a parent or guardian, or
(2) without an adult if approval is given to the event coordinator during check-in.
Parents or guardians may join their child to play on the golf course:
(1) only after the playing lesson has completed, and
(2) only after paying green fees to the starter.
